Use cross-promotion to build your YouTube audience. Cross-promotion is a great way to get more exposure to audiences that are receptive to your message. First, you find compatible channels (complementary subject, about the same viewership numbers) and then ask to collaborate on a video together. This way you can combine expertise and please both audiences. For good examples of cross-promotion check out Freddie W and some of his videos where he collaborated with another channel. Don’t be put of by his production value, cross-promotion can be as simple as the two channels chatting on a video together. Combine your video editing skills as well as content.
